DORUM holds the following certificates:
- PN-EN ISO 9001-2001 issued by the Polish Center for Research and Certification,
- WSK criteria (enabling clearances and agency in trade, transport etc. of strategic and dual purpose goods),
- NVOCC
In its activity consisting in provision of customs services, DORUM enjoys the following facilitations granted by the Customs Chamber in Warsaw:
- Permission of the Customs Chamber in Warsaw for: application of simplified procedure in export
- Permission of the Customs Chamber in Warsaw for: application of simplified procedure in admission to market,
- Permission of the Customs Chamber in Warsaw for enjoyment of general guarantee for shipping of goods under the common transit procedure,
- Permission for operation of a temporary storage warehouse in Stefanów,
- Permission for application of general guarantee for procedure of admission to market,
- Permission for operation of a temporary storage warehouse
DORUM is a member of the Association of International Road Carriers in Poland. We hold a license for performance of domestic road transport of things. We have also obtained membership in the PISIL organization, representing Poland within the framework of the FIATA organization on the international arena in the field of shipping and forwarding.
By virtue of separate decisions issued by the Customs Chamber in Warsaw, DORUM operates:
- A temporary storage warehouse in Stefanów,
- A recognized location of the customs office in Stefanów, for whose service customs officers are seconded from customs branch III in Warsaw,
- A recognized location for the needs of loading goods, as to which applications are filed for refund within the framework of Common Agricultural Policy, for customer needs at a designated location.
