Scope of Activity

The subject of activity of the DORUM Group is provision of logistic services:

Customs services in the scope of support of international goods trade including sea and land shipping in export and import, also in simplified mode and transit
Forwarding
Warehousing – packaging

1. Full customs support of international goods trade:

Coverage of goods with procedure of admission to market,
Coverage with export procedure,
Coverage with transit procedure,
All economic procedures (bonded warehouse procedure, processing under customs supervision, passive improvement, active improvement, temporary clearance)
Coverage with customs procedure of goods under Common Agricultural Policy,
Clearance of relocation property,
Representation before the customs office.

Supplementation of customs service:

legalization of trade documents for shipping goods to Third Countries, Overseas Countries at the National Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of the Economy and appropriate embassies,
obtaining of certificates of admission to market for materials and products intended for contact with foodstuffs, and certificates of lack of reservations as to health quality of foodstuff imported from abroad issued by Polish Border Sanitary-Epidemiological Stations, WIORiN certificates
obtaining of licenses for import of goods from the Ministry of the Economy
drafting of INTRASTAT statements,
filling out of certificates of origin, EUR.1, A.TR
filling out of INF T5 documents and WPR1 applications

2. Services in the scope of sea, port and road forwarding in the following scope:

Sea forwarder services,
Port forwarder services,
Services of cargo monitoring in transport,
Services of forwarder releasing cargo in import as representative agent,
Additional services e.g.: inspection of technical condition of containers, inspection on transshipment, expert services and control.
Organization and road transport of all containers 20’, 40’ and 45’ foot
Rental of refrigerating units
Organization of road forwarding of cargo in Poland, Europe and to Third Countries
Delivery of goods to customer
Transport of reefer containers
Completion of customs documents
Access to applications in Hamburg and possibility of obtaining B number

3. Documentary support in import and export

Issue and completion of all customs and forwarding documents (TIR carnets, CMR, EUR 1, FORM A, CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN , INF, T5 , WPR1 ),
